Launch of synthesis process line in Salair
The company designed and put into operation the UMPT-200 unit, which produced the first industrial batches of chemicals.
«Manufacturing of chemicals for drilling fluids»‎ project
The first stage of the project «Manufacturing of chemicals for drilling fluids» has been launched on the territory of technology development SEZ Tomsk. The company became a resident of SEZ and received tax benefits and several additional incentives for business development. A flexible process line of organic synthesis was developed and launched. Collaboration with international companies on R&D and manufacturing of more than 10 new products. .
«FGC-50» Plant Launch
A liquid hydrocarbon separation unit has been developed, implemented and launched within the framework of the second stage of the project «Manufacturing of chemicals for drilling fluids» on the territory of the Tomsk Industrial Park (feed gas compressor and LPG storage). Design capacity of the plant is 50 thousand tons a year. Construction and gradual commissioning of the facilities of the commodity and raw materials park are underway in parallel with the commissioning of the plant.
License Acquisition
The company received a permanent license No. ВХ-62-003311 dated April 20, 2017, allowing the operation of explosive and fire hazardous and chemically hazardous production facilities of 1st, 2nd and 3rd hazard classes, as well as a permanent license No. (70)-3816-STU dated June 22, 2017, allowing to carry out activities for the collection, transportation, processing, disposal, neutralization and disposal of waste of 1-4 hazard class.

Participation in the project allowed to increase competitive ability of our goods and services, and also helped to create a culture of high productivity and efficiency among the company's employees.
Consignment Warehouses
Several consignment warehouses have been set up in Purpe, Korotchaevo and the Chayandinskoye field in order to advance the company's logistics, ensure continuous supply of chemicals and be able respond to customer needs as quickly as possible.
Multi-modal Logistic Solutions
Supply of chemicals to the Chayandinskoye field is implemented in a chain of logistics companies: road transport - railway transport - water transport - road transport.
Agrichemical Sector
Manufacturing and testing methods for agrichemical products have been developed as a part of work with the largest agricultural holding in Russia.
Contract Manufacturing Projects
Сontract manufacturing was implemented as a part cooperation with one of the largest petrochemical companies in Russia. The company has developed a full cycle of customer support from R&D, technological audit of the project to the organization of pilot production line of chemicals.
