Our staff is a team of young and active like-minded experts striving for a common goal
The average age in our team is 35 years: both young and ambitious and experienced veterans of chemical industry found their place with us. At the moment, the company has a staff of 45 people, but operational needs and new projects call for expansion.
We understand how important employee’s comfort at their workplaces is, which is why they are equipped with everything necessary to perform their tasks effectively.
A lunch room is separated from the rest of the offices and is fully equipped with the necessary appliances. We organized areas of recreation for our staff to relax during their lunch breaks, and there is a table tennis facility available for the ones who prefer to spend their break actively.
The manufacturing facility is a modernized plant which started it operation in 2018 and meets all modern technical standards. Each employee is fully provided with overalls and there is a scheduled special assessment of working conditions in place. Also, our company has sorted out convenient logistics for the employees: transport from / to the workplace is available.
