Description

Lubricating additive RS-210 (СТ-7 Standard) is a mineral lubricating additive with enhanced lubricating properties, both for pair metal-metal and extensive open hole, due to optimization of tribotechnical characteristics of the mud cake.The improvement of lubricating properties is associated with the introduction of vegetable oil esters into the composition, which ensures high efficiency of RS-210 when drilling horizontal wells and sliding intervals of great length.

Scope of use and application
Optimum concentration of RS-210 (ST-7 Standard) for drilling muds is 1-2% of volume, depending on the type and density of the drilling mud and geologic and technical conditions. RS-210 is easily dispersed in cold water. Can be used in various geologic and technical conditions. Compatible with all types of drilling muds.
Toxicity and handling requirements
Lubricating additive for drilling fluids RS-210 (ST-7 Standard) is not dangerous and non-toxic, meets sanitary and epidemiological rules and regulations.
At the same time, in terms of the degree of impact on the human body, it corresponds to GOST 12.1.007 and belongs to the 4th class of hazard and toxicity (low-hazard substances).

Packaging and storage
Lubricating additive for drilling fluids RS-210 (ST-7 Standard) is supplied in steel or polyethylene drums with a capacity of 200 liters and more. Four drums are placed on pallets and additionally secured with fastening tape.
Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.
