Description
RS-401 is designed to prevent the formation of clay seals on the surface of drilling pipes, helps to prevent sticking of screen panels of vibrating screens, it is very effective as an additive to spot oil bath to eliminate sticking.

Scope of use and application
RS-410 reduces the torque during rotation of the drill string and tightening during tripping operations, even in the absence of a lubricant additive in the solution
The product is an effective wetting agent for drilled solids.
RS-401 can be added to any water-based drilling muds. Most effective when drilling out upper intervals to minimize rock build-up to the bit and BHA, to reduce surface tensiondetergent is used to prevent bit, stabilizer and drillstring balling. It reduces the torque and tightening, even if there is no lubricant in the solution.
It is used in drilling mud at a concentration of 0.2 to 1% to prevent oil seal formation. Effective in the composition of baths for the elimination of sticking in a concentration of 8-10%.

The RS-401 detergent belongs to flammable liquids. No toxic substances are formed during the combustion of the product. The RS-401 detergent belongs to the IV hazard class substances according to GOST 12.1.007 (low hazard substances).
Packaging and storage
RS-401 is supplied in steel drums in accordance with GOST 13950-91 (200 liters). Four drums are placed on pallets and additionally secured with fastening tape.
