Description

Paraffin inhibitor RS-425 is a inhibitor and dispersant of asphalt, resin and paraffin deposits, designed specifically for crude oil and gas condensate treatment. Improves the rheology of crude oil or gas condensate.
Scope of use:

Prevention of ARPD in oil wells.
Prevention of ARPD in oil and condensate production lines.
Protection of equipement, storage tanks etc from ARPD

There are 2 grades of RS-425 inhibitor: А and В.
RS-425 A is a non-ionic surfactant solution with a mass fraction of at least 10% in a mixture of methanol and an aromatic solvent.
RS-425 В is a mixture of active base (composition of block copolymers of ethylene oxide and propylene with the addition of a nonionic surfactant) and solvent (normally methanol and aromatic solvent).

ARPD inhibitors should be applied at the beginning of the oil gathering system before the paraffin crystallization in oil. This product is a highly effective dispersant. The dosage usually varies from a few grams to several hundred grams per 1 m3.
