Description
Hydrate deposits inhibitors RS-426 are developed to prevent and minimize formation of gas-hydrates. The range of products includes Grade B inhibitors that are kinetic inhibitors of hydrate growth and Grade A that are methanol and glycol-based thermodynamic inhibitors.
Hydrate deposits inhibitor RS-426 Grade A is a water-soluble organic inhibitor and hydrate solvent designed to effectively prevent hydrate deposition and to dissolve gas-hydrate deposits that may form in gas or oil wells, and in the pipelines as well.
PC-426 grade A is a mixture of primary alcohols, polyhydric alcohols and their esters, and is a hydrate inhibitor with a solvent effect.

In case of continious injection into the system, hydrate deposits inhibitor RS-426 grade A
can be administered in their pure form with a dosing pump.
The dosage varies depending on the production conditions (subcooling and injection time). The usual dosage is from 0.5% to 2% converted into transported water.

Toxicity and handling requirements
RS-426 belongs to the 3 hazard class substances according to GOST 12.1.007, contact with such chemical may result in a local irritation of skin and eyes. Self-ifgnition temperature point of RS-426 is at least 300°С.
Packaging and storage
RS-426 is supplied in steel or polyethylene drums with a capacity of 200 liters. Four drums are placed on pallets and additionally secured with fastening tape .Store it in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight
